The class meets on a weekly basis every Monday, beginning on July 28th, and ending on August 18th, 2025.
Take a step toward good health by gradually quitting nicotine in this 4-week program. When you quit smoking, it can help your body in many ways. It lowers your risk for cancer, lung disease, heart attack, stroke, blood vessel disease, and blindness. Learn about ways to manage withdrawal symptoms, boost your mood after quitting, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
