Starting  Friday April 18, 2025, this class will meet weekly for 18 weeks, followed by Phase II Lifestyle Maintenance consisting of 10 sessions (6 bi-weekly for 4 months, ending with 4 once-per-month sessions for the last four months).

Healthy Balance is a proven one-year program for people who want to lose weight and keep it off. This program offers engaging, group-supported classes in a virtual environment. Members can anticipate 3-7% weight loss* by the end of the program.  

Healthy Balance empowers you to maintain long-lasting healthy lifestyle changes by: 

  • Eating healthy 
  • Increasing physical activity 
  • Reducing stress 
  • Problem-solving & being more mindful 

 The program has two phases with a total of 28 classes: 

  • Phase 1: Healthy Balance – Weight Loss (4/18/25 – 8/22/25)  
  • Phase 2: Lifestyle – Maintenance (9/5/25- 3/6/26)

Sessions are led by trained lifestyle health coaches with experience in nutrition, behavior change, fitness, and group facilitation.
