Breast milk is the best nutritional start you can give your newborn. This virtual class and is for pregnant members who will be at least 28 weeks gestation at the time of the class.

  • How Breastfeeding Works
  • Getting started in the hospital.
  • How to correctly latch and position your baby.
  • Feeding cues and when to feed your baby.
  • Ensuring adequate milk supply.
  • Returning to work; pumping and storing milk.
  • Breast feeding support services.

This class covers various breastfeeding topics, addressing a wide array of questions and concerns that many participants have about breastfeeding.  Partners are welcome and encouraged to attend.  Space is limited, please register early.
