Join this virtual refresher program and learn defensive driving techniques, new traffic laws, how to deal with aggressive drivers, rules of the road, and much more. Dealing with hearing and vision loss are also addressed for mature–aged drivers. This course is designed and taught by AARP staff. As a graduate of this program you may be eligible for an auto insurance discount.

As people with dementia lose the ability to use language, behavior is one of the primary ways to communicate their needs and feelings. However, some behaviors can present real challenges for caregivers to manage. Join us to learn to decode behavioral messages, identify common behavioral triggers, and learn strategies to help intervene with some of the most common behavioral challenges of Alzheimer’s disease.
