If you love to dance or have always wanted to learn, come dance with us! Your KP Instructor will guide you through some exhilarating dance moves, and help you put them all together for a 45-minute movement extravaganza. No dance experience necessary, and the moves are low-impact, high-intensity, and easy to follow. Dance styles will vary with instructor and may include salsa, hip-hop, line dancing and more.

If you have a BMI of 35 or greater and looking for a workout that caters to your safety and results-driven needs, this is your ticket! Enjoy 45-minute of invigorating movement that fuses the big three: cardiovascular, resistance and flexibility training. Movements done in this class are very low impact and gentle to the joints. Come find your inner groove in this no-pressure and non-intimidating community.

Each class combines athletic cardiovascular drills with strength training moves to tone you from top to bottom.
