If you love to dance or have always wanted to learn, come dance with us! Your KP Instructor will guide you through some exhilarating dance moves, and help you put them all together for a 45-minute movement extravaganza. No dance experience necessary, and the moves are low-impact, high-intensity, and easy to follow. Dance styles will vary with instructor and may include salsa, hip-hop, line dancing and more.
INTENSITY LEVEL Moderate 
HOW TO PREPARE Bring water and a hand-towel. Dress in active wear and athletic shoes.
