Next Generation is a fancy way of saying we’ve re-invented the way we deliver your care. New space designs and streamlined workflows will help our caregivers and staff provide faster service. And the advanced technology will help you check in quickly, stay informed, and get coordinated care quickly.

If you haven’t been to our West Cobb Medical Center in awhile, here’s what you can expect.

Faster check-in

With our new online Express Check-in, you can check in and pay for most appointments right from your smartphone or computer—up to 24 hours in advance. You’ll then receive a QR code, so when you arrive at the office, you can check in by simply scanning that code at the Express Check-in kiosk. No time to check in prior to your appointment? No problem. Once you arrive, you can check in and pay at the kiosk or with an associate as you normally would.

More space. More services.

We’ve doubled our capacity and added more exam rooms and upgrades. In addition to Primary Care and Pediatrics, West Cobb Medical Center is now proud to offer comprehensive Ob/Gyn care.

Re-imagined pharmacy

Our pharmacy has been right-sized and upgraded for an improved experience.

Expanded lab services

‘Under one roof’ care at West Cobb means a whole lot more, with newly added lab testing for Flu, Rapid Strep, Glucose (I-STAT), Urine Pregnancy, and others.

Advanced radiology

New, state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment now offers Mammography. Our X-ray machines have all been replaced with the newest technology, allowing faster and clearer results.

Waiting room comfort and convenience

Enjoy our ‘Public Square’ while you wait. Oversized monitors will let you know real-time the status of your appointment and where (and when) you can expect to be seen.
