Telephone and video visits²

Now you can get same-day adult care — by phone or video appointment — for certain minor symptoms such as:

• sore throat
• stuffy nose/sinus issues
• cough
• itchy/red eyes
• allergies
• nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea
• bladder infection

Just like a visit to the office, your Kaiser Permanente doctor will be able to view your medical record, prescribe medicine, and order lab tests and X-rays.
