A new way to check in

When you arrive for an appointment at our Newnan medical office, you may notice something new at the front desk.

We’re introducing an additional easy and convenient way to check in. If a front desk staff member is unavailable at the front desk or assisting others, you can use a secure video screen to connect with a live Kaiser Permanente registration team member from another Georgia location who will guide you through check-in.

Here’s what to expect:

You can still check in with kiosks as usual when you arrive.
If you need to speak with a staff member, follow the signs that will direct you to the screen at the front desk. Simply tap the screen to connect with a live registration team member.
The person you see on screen is a trained Kaiser Permanente registration staff member, ready to help with registration questions, forms, payment, and other check‑in needs.

If you ever prefer in‑person help, or if something doesn’t work as expected, just stay at the front desk and someone onsite will be sent to assist you right away.
