Health and Wellness Fair

All active duty, veterans, retirees, and their family members are invited to join Kaiser Permanente for lunch and a variety of FREE health and wellness activities designed to help you THRIVE.

Kaiser Permanente TRICARE Prime option members can:

• Easily complete your biometric screenings to earn your $200 rewards card
• Schedule primary care, mammogram, and colorectal screening appointments

All other attendees can get their blood pressure and BMI checked. You can also connect with experts from Emory Healthcare Veterans Program and the Georgia Department of Veteran Services to learn how to get the most out of your military and health benefits.

Everyone gets a delicious, FREE lunch! And the first 25 to register and attend will also receive a $25.00 Amazon gift card.
