In recognition of those who served our county, the City of Forest park- in partnership with Kaiser Permanente, NABMW, and Integrated Therapy would like to invite veterans, retirees, and active-duty family members to an interactive free aquatics therapy demonstration session. During this interactive session, licensed aquatic therapist from Integrated Therapy will teach participants a few simple aquatic therapy techniques. Register today! This class is limited to 35 participants. Please bring a towel, swimwear, and swim shoes. Due to COVID restrictions only those participating in the class will be permitted in the swim area. A light lunch and a swag bag will be provided.
