Auto Refill
If you have medications you take on an ongoing basis, let us remember them for you. Take just a few minutes now to sign up for Auto Refill, and we’ll automatically send eligible prescription refills right to your home when they’re due.*
Open the app and get started now!
To sign up for Auto Refill, just follow these simple steps:
On the Kaiser Permanente App
- Log in* and from the home screen, scroll down and click the View Pharmacy button.
- Select Medication List.
Or on kp.org:
- Click here to log in* and see your medication list.
Then:
- From your medication list, tap on a prescription to open the Prescription Details page.
- Select Turn on Auto Refill for that prescription. (Not all prescriptions are eligible. If yours is not, you will not see the Auto Refill option for that medication.)
- Do that with each prescription for which you want to automatically receive refills.
If you haven’t already, make sure you’ve set up your payment method. (There’s no cost for shipping!) You can stop auto refill at any time.
Please note that if your doctor changes your medication strength or quantity, that will generate a new prescription number, and you’ll need to set up Auto Refill for the new prescription.

Refill Reminders
In just a few clicks, you can receive reminders when any current and future eligible prescriptions are due for a refill. Choose to get reminders by text, email, or mobile app notification. Then when you receive your reminder, you can order your refill online or by phone as you normally would.
Sign up today! This is easy to do on kp.org:
- Visit the Notifications page and log in.*
- Click the Pharmacy drop-down menu to choose which notifications you’d like to receive.
To make ordering simple, choose Text reminders. Then you’ll be able to order your medication simply by replying directly to the text reminder.

Same-Day Delivery
Need medication quickly? Next-day and even same-day delivery options are available for some prescriptions at an additional cost. Just select the option you’d like when you place your order.
