Lee Cromwell, MS

Lee Cromwell is the Supervisor of Data Analytics for Kaiser Permanente’s Center for Research and Evaluation (CRE). Her primary responsibilities include supervising the CRE data analytics team, as well as extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data for research studies and preparing it for manuscripts. She is also involved in building and maintaining the department’s Virtual Data Warehouse (VDW). Lee joined CRE in 2011 as a Research Associate and grew into her leadership role in 2020.

Ms. Cromwell earned a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Mathematics and Studio Art from the University of Miami and a Master of Science in Biostatistics from the Medical College of Georgia.
