If you’re an existing Kaiser Permanente member, you will receive a letter from us four months before you turn 65. Here are some steps to ensure you can enroll in our Kaiser Permanente Senior Advantage Liberty (HMO) Plan:
- Sign up for Medicare Part B once you turn 65
- Enroll into TRICARE For Life
- Enroll into Kaiser Permanente’s Senior Advantage Liberty Plan

Kaiser Permanente is an HMO and HMO-POS plan with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in Kaiser Permanente depends on contract renewal. You must reside in the Kaiser Permanente Medicare health plan service area in which you enroll.
