We have 23 convenient locations across metro Atlanta that you can take your child to for their visits.<\/li>\n<li>Once you select a provider, please call <a href=\"tel:4043650966\">404-365-0966<\/a> to establish a health record number for your child as soon as you are able after delivery. You can also let the appointment line know your selection for your baby\u2019s doctor.
