telehealthSeamless Care Delivery

With our integrated system, each appointment is tracked in your electronic medical record to keep your care team up-to-date on your overall health picture. This makes it easy for your doctors and specialists to consult with one another, which helps keep your care hassle-free.

Urgent CareAdvanced Urgent Care

If you have an immediate health concern, we have several 24/7 Advanced Urgent Care Centers across the metro-Atlanta area. These facilities are designed to handle serious, non-life-threatening situations.1 Our emergency-trained doctors have access to your medical records, which helps us take care of you faster. You also have access to over 70 affiliated urgent care locations in the metro-Atlanta area.

Integrated CareTelehealth

Kaiser Permanente’s telehealth options — phone, online chat, email, and video,1 — are time-saving, convenient ways to get care. Through our integrated system, they’re all linked to your electronic medical record, so it’s also seamless and hassle-free. For certain minor issues, same-day video visits are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.2
