Tanya Leake is a Fitness Specialist and Health Coach with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. She has over 25 years of teaching aerobics starting as a college student. Tanya went from hobby to occupation in 2010 and transitioned from full-time corporate consulting to full-time wellness coaching. She currently teaches dance and dance fitness. In her spare time, Tanya loves cooking, and writing (she is a self-published author); and blogs regularly for various publications.
